Citicard and CitiGold holders on the Upper West Side of Manhattan were issued replacement cards in Fall 1997. Non-Citibank customers can open a new savings, checking or money market account and request the new Citicard or CitiGold chip card, or can acquire a Money Card. The Citibank Money Card, or Limited Edition Cards are available for customers and non-customers alike at any designated Citibank branch.
