PERSONALIZATION INFORMATION

Writing instruments: Cross pocket writing instruments have an area for engraving on the cap section. A maximum of two lines can be engraved on “special ordered" double-panel caps. One line can be engraved on standard caps, but no engraving can be done on the barrel section of the pen.

All precious metal pocket and Ladies' Line caps can be engraved in either drag or deep-cut, enamel fill. Drag engraving styles include script, block or double-line gothic. Deep-cut, enamel-filled engraving is available in script, block, or Times Regular. Lapis Lazuli and all lacquer finishes accept metallic gold color fill only.

Solo and Solo Classic writing instruments cannot be engraved.

Satin finish, Graphite and Metropolis writing instruments require rotary-cut or laser engraving. We offer laser engraving only in script or block. Special options: Metropolis with chrome appointments must be filled with metallic silver color. Metropolis Black/Black Lacquer will also accept metallic silver color fill.

Cross Townsend writing instruments can also be engraved with a personalized signature which is deep-cut and enamel filled in metallic gold color or black only.

Key Rings: All key rings can be engraved. Precious metal key rings can be engraved in either drag or deep-cut, enamel fill. Drag engraving styles include script, block or double-line gothic. Deep-cut, enamel-filled engraving is available in scrip t block or Times Regular. Satin finish key rings require rotary-cut or laser engraving. We offer laser engraving only in script or block.

Victorinox Knives: Knives may be engraved with up to three initials using the deep-cut, enamel-filled process. Color fill used is metallic gold.

Desk Sets: All Cross Desk Sets have nameplates which may be engraved and attached to the desk set base. Single unit desk set nameplates will accept three lines of engraving and double unit nameplates will accept four lines.
Desk set writing instruments cannot be engraved.

To order engraving: Please e-mail or fax a separate written order specifying writing instrument(s), desk set model(s), desired engraving style and specific wording or letters to be engraved. Do not send us the writing instrument(s) or desk set(s) for engraving as this takes more time and increases your handling and mailing costs.
